I am a World Vision Child Ambassador because millions of children around the world are still suffering. I believe that one person can change the world just by sponsoring a child that is in need!

Every day, nearly 30,000 children die, most from things that child sponsorship can prevent. Imagine - you could be the difference between a life of hope and a life of despair. Children all over the world live in fear of hunger, thirst, not getting an education along with the terror of child soldiering, slave labor, sex trafficking, temple marriage or early marraige. Child Sponsorship will change that. They will not be hungry or thirsty and their parents will be able to afford to put them in school! statistics show that sponsored children are less likely to be sold as child slaves to pay debts or forced into early marriages. In India sponsored children are also less likely to be married to the temple as a temple prostitute.

I've partnered with World Vision because I know they're effective and trustworthy. Last year, 87% of their total revenue went to programs benefiting children, families, and communities in need.
