As many of you know, I've been a part of World Vision for nearly 10 years, and this has had a profound impact on my life. More importantly, World Vision is seeking to save the lives of millions of children around the world. There are children who are fortunate enough to be sponsored, but there are still many children who need sponsors because they and their families are still suffering in extreme poverty.

I want to help YOU connect with children in need. YOU can make a difference today in a child's life - it's easy and the rewards far outweigh the expense.

Nearly 30,000 children under the age of 5 die every single day. Most of them from things that child sponsorship can help prevent. I believe in the mission of World Vision: that every child should experience life in all its fullness, and I know they (we!)are committed to being effective and trustworthy. Last year, 87% of World Vision's total revenue went to programs benefiting children, families, and communities in need around the world, including the US.
